Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays delicate scents of citrus, pear and white peach over some faint toastiness. Light with a dry crisp mouthfeel the palate has subtle flavours of pear, grapefruit and mineral. Clean fresh finish with a moderate aftertaste of pear, grapefruit and mineral.
