One of the more intensely flavoured Rieslings from the 2014 vintage.
Sourced from 50 year old dry grown vines planted in 1962. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Distinct lemon and lime scents are followed by some green apple and talc. Concentrated lemon and lime flavours dominate the palate over a background of light green apple and talc with a spicy dry finish. Good crisp acidity with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, talc and spice.Cellar 5-6 years.Alc. 13.5%
