88 Points – Wine Spectator“Taut and well-framed, with a sinewy power to the dried dark fruit and savory spice flavors. Chewy tannins on the finish. Drink now. 7,000 cases made, 4,500 cases imported.” -KM, 12/15/20
88 Points – Vinous“A Cabernet Sauvignon from La Consulta, one-third aged in French barrels. The slightly overripe nose offers ripe fruit, black currant and raisin notes. Solid on the palate, delivering an alcoholic kick that enlivens the gentle tannins and blurs the effect in the mouth a little.” -JH, Aug/2020
