This is the third release in the much loved limited edition series from Arran Distillery, personally selected and signed by Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman. Arran Signature Series Edition 3 is an unpeated 12 year old single malt, initially matured for six years in a mix of 1st and 2nd fill bourbon barrels, before being finished in 1st fill Spanish red wine casks. The final maturation took place in Dunnage Warehouse No. 4 at the Lochranza Distillery, where the whisky developed its rich, layered character. Crafted and aged entirely at Lochranza, this release showcases Arrans hallmark style with a bold twist from red wine cask influence.
Bottled in 2025 at a generous 50% vol, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
