Crafted in Northern California, Bitter Queens Nor Cal Nancy Eucalyptus Bitters captures the cool, aromatic essence of coastal landscapes. Built on a base of alcohol and infused with eucalyptus, bay laurel, sage, fennel seed, and select spices, it opens with fresh herbal lift, followed by layered green, slightly minty depth and a clean, lingering finish. Bottled at 50% ABV, it delivers bold, concentrated flavor in every drop.
An effortless companion behind the bar, it shines in a classic Martini or adds an earthy edge to gin, vodka, tequila, and whiskey cocktails. Beyond drinks, it brings a savory twist to dressings, soups, and chimichurri, making it a versatile staple for both mixology and modern kitchens.
