Cape Rock White 2020
Grape Varietals & Region:A Rhone white blend from from the Olifants River region of South Africa. Using 4 traditional Rhone varietals – Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne
Taste Profile:An “open and generous” bouquet featuring ripe peaches, melon, white florals, and hints of honey and salted almonds. Elegant and soft with a “chewy” or waxy mouthfeel. You may notice flavors of pear, fennel, and a touch of banana.
Winemaking Process:Naturally fermented after whole-bunch pressing. Matured for 11 months in old 300L French oak barrels on the fine lees.
