Crafted in La Estancita, a remote jungle enclave between Tequila and Magdalena, Jalisco, Cazcanes Nuestras Raices Still Strength Blanco Edicion 2026 is a bold tribute to traditional agave distillation. Created by third-generation distiller Humberto Alvarado using a heritage family recipe, this unfiltered small–batch expression captures agave in its rawest form. Bottled at 48.1% ABV, it delivers remarkable depth with uncompromising character.
Bright, herbaceous aromas open into fresh lime, grapefruit, mint, cut grass, and a touch of salinity, layered with grilled vegetables, roasted pepper, and toasted cumin. The palate is lush and savory with cooked agave, charred vegetables, sea salt, and lingering blistered jalapeo before a long, warming finish of citrus and soft minerality. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to reveal its wild, vegetal complexity.
