Dulce Semi-sweet Cava

Wines have been produced at Castillo Perelada spanning back more than 600 years. The Perelada Dulce gets its sweetness from a touch of sugar added to the dosage during the wine’s final bottling process resulting in a lovely Cava with a traditional profile of citrus apple and almond along with a sublimely persistent honey tone.
