Jinu – Huguan Piccadilly Valley Pinot Noir 2018

Huguan is the Kadazan word for Chief, a cracking introduction for lies under the cap. Pick of the bunch, Chief of the lot. This is elegance wrapped up in a juicy parcel by Aaron and Fenella of Jinu. It’s bowl full of vibrant cherries, blackcurrants and blueberries. There’s layers of florals from violets and rose keeping this Pinot on the fresher side. Food friendly, drink-with-friends friendly.
