Jypsi Legacy Batch 001, affectionately named The Journey, is a whiskey that celebrates bold exploration and refined craftsmanship. Distilled in Indiana and Alberta, this unique blend combines 70% Indiana bourbon, 21% Canadian rye, and 9% Indiana single malt, each contributing distinct layers of flavor. The bourbon offers rich, sweet corn notes with a smooth, structured finish, while the Canadian rye brings butterscotch warmth, gentle spice, and a perfumed elegance developed over twenty years in oak barrels. The single malt adds nutty depth, vanilla, caramel, and a whisper of smoke from its American oak casks.
Crafted for those who live with curiosity and daring, Legacy Batch 001 embodies complexity without compromise. Sipping reveals a journey through sweet, spicy, and malt-forward notes, evolving with every taste. Ideal neat, with a splash of water, or over a single ice cube, it invites contemplation and conversation alike.
This is more than whiskey; it is a tribute to those who redefine the rules and embrace life fully. Legacy Batch 001 is a liquid celebration of adventure, purpose, and the JYPSI spirit itself, perfect for collectors and seekers of extraordinary experiences.
