LAPIERRE 2024 MORGON ROCHE DU PY CUVEE CAMILLE

From 50-75-year-old vines along the Cote du Py the ‘Cuvee Camille’ has classic Morgon characteristics of low tannin and bright acidity paired with complex earth tones and red fruit. The Côte du Py is Morgon’s finest growing area with gentle granite filled slopes that make for a silky, lively expression of Gamay.

A bright and refined wine, with a delicate nose of crisp red berries, peony and light notes of sweet spices. On the palate, it seduces with its silky texture, juicy freshness and natural finesse. The balance is superb, carried by a beautiful tension and a floral and greedy finish, all in elegance.
