MAINLAND FLORIDA 8YR HAZMAT 2017 SINGLE SHERRY CASK RUM 73% 750ML

Mainland American Rum Co. Hazmat Single Cask Florida 8 Year Old Sherry Cask Rum is a bold expression from Florida, crafted from rich molasses and aged eight years in sherry casks. Its deep, viscous pour reveals layers of dark dried fruit, fig, sweet cherry, and earthy molasses sugars, with hints of burnt caramel, roasted nuts, and subtle baking spices, all wrapped in toasted oak. The sherry cask finish gives it a luxurious, whiskey-like weight, balancing indulgent sweetness with structured complexity.

Best enjoyed neat or over a single large ice cube, this rum delivers a lingering finish of spiced sugar, vanilla cream, and molasses warmth that clings to the palate. A creation of Seth Benhaim and Mainland American Rum Co., it celebrates the rising craft of American rum, proving that stateside distilleries can rival the world’s finest with innovative, unforgettable flavors.
