This bitter pours a brilliant scarlet and packs and aroma filled with citrus, gentian, and wildflower. The palate is clean and direct suggesting red fruits but ultimately culminating in an explosion of pleasant bitterness. Perfect in all of this category’s cocktail traditions. – 2018 Ultimate Spirits ChallengeLiquor
