Japanese Single Malt Whisky
Distillery Bottling
Nikka single cask 130541, made from 100% barley distilled in a Coffey still (named after its inventor, Aeneas Coffey), which is usually reserved for grain whiskies, so arguably it’s not actually a single malt! Distilled in 2003 and aged for 11 years in a recharred hogshead before being bottled in 2014 at 56% vol.
