The Noble House gets its name from a winery built in 1743. To make Eiswein (Icewine) ice crystals are removed from late-harvested grpaes that froze on the vine; the ultra-concentrated juice is then fermented into sweet wine. Layers of clove honey and orange blossom make the Noble House a standout.
