Feinherb is a term used in German winemaking to describe wines that are off-dry or slightly sweet. Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler Off-Dry (Lightly Sweet) Riesling is made with fruit from their steep-slope vineyards in the Middle Mosel and has notes of Ruby Red white peach and lemon peel. A great match for dishes with chicken fish or vegetables.
