Olga Raffault Chinon Les Barnabes

The Barnabes are shaped by the alluvial deposits of the Loire and the gravels of the Vienne in the commune of Savigny-en-Veron. After vatting unripened berries, the must is progressively brought to 25 ° C thus releasing fruity and floral primary aromas of great freshness and more particularly of red fruits: blackcurrant, raspberry, violet.
