• Distilled in a Creole copper column still
• Rested in stainless steel and gradually proofed for 6 months before bottling at Habitation Clment

This single-varietal rhum agricolebottled at 100 proof as is traditional for unaged rhum Agricole in Martiniqueis produced entirely from Blue Cane, a variety of sugarcane known for its blue-hued stalk, fragrant floral aromatics, and exceptionally high sugar content.
