Signatory Ben Nevis 32 Year Old 1991 is an independent Highland single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage, cask strength at 54.9% ABV in standard 700ml format, distilled in 1991 after thirty-two years of ultra-long oak maturation. The nose delivers concentrated dried dark stone fruits, aged leather, polished warm oak spice, candied dried fruit and deep mature honeyed malt sweetness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with luxuriant dried-fruit brightness, layered well-integrated mature oak complexity and an extraordinarily long warm lingering finish. The finish highlights Ben Neviss rich rounded fruity Highland malt character of rare three-decade limited independent Signatory single cask release.
