Opaque black crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. Aromas of blackberry, blackpepper, liquorice and spicy dried meat. Medium bodied and displaying typical cool climate elegance the palate has flavours of liquorice, blackpepper, meaty characters and spice. Fine grained perfectly balanced tannins. Long blackpepper, liquorice and dried meat aftertaste.
